About Tenther Gleanings

After a farmer harvests a field, a small amount of the crop remains behind. While not worth collecting for the commercial farmer, these leftovers served as a lifeline for the poor in the area. I see a little life lesson in the concept - sometimes things we may overlook, or consider valueless, hold great value in the eyes of someone else.

I serve as the communications director for the Tenth Amendment Center, a national think-tank, which exists to promote and advance a return to a proper balance of power between federal and State governments envisioned by our founders, prescribed by the Constitution and explicitly declared in the Tenth Amendment.

You might call the thoughts on this blog my leftovers. Not worthy of publication on the TAC website, but still, at least in my mind, worth saying.

I also use this blog to share some of my personal philosophy, observations and general musings.
